An Encampment media liaison described interactions with UCSD administration: "They haven't responded at all. We're hoping that they can come out and try to talk to the students, but for the past four days, we have heard nothing. It's really disappointing to see that they are out here trying to bring in people to try to close down the Encampment but they're not out here trying to listen to their students." And, regarding the gradually increasing size of the Encampment: "We have a lot of students passing by on Library Walk and they're seeing the Encampment, they're talking to the students inside the Encampment, they are getting educated on what's happening and the demands of the students and deciding this is something they want to participate in."
