Students were observed studying for their classes late into the night. At this point, the administration had closed the library, making it increasingly difficult for students to express their opposition to UCSD's complicity in the genocide and maintain access to the resources their tuition guaranteed. Despite this, students persevered, reading and completing their work late into the night on concrete blocks adjacent to the Encampment.
